We would like to thank you for taking the time to look over our information. God has called our family to be Missionary Church Planters to the State of Utah. Utah has a population of more than 3.1 million people. Approximately 2.5 million of those people are in the Salt Lake Valley, in the north-central part of the state. Approximately 62% of Utahns are reported to be members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (LDS Church), making Utah the only state with the majority of the population belonging to a single “church.” This greatly influences Utah’s culture, politics, and daily life. The “Church’s” world headquarters is located in Salt Lake City, where the world’s largest LDS Temple is also located.
Utah is a very beautiful state. On the outward appearance, from the magnificent beauty of the mountains, desert, canyons and wildlife to the moral based culture of the Mormons, one would think it would be the ideal place to live. However, it is steeped in religious darkness and oppression. God has called my family to do as the Apostle Paul in Acts 26:18 “To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins…”
We are very excited about the work the Lord has called us to do in Utah. We ask that you please pray for our family and consider having us in to present our burden and call to Utah.
